VIETNAMESE ARABICA CATIMOR GREEN COFFEE BEANS | PREMIUM AND SPECIALTY QUALITY

Semi-shade grown at Cau Dat farm, located in Lam Dong, Vietnam where the altitude is roughly 1,200 meters above sea level. 
- 100% ripe beans are handpicked.

- Semi-wash or honey process with some hermetic fermentation to achieve deep flavors and sweet aftertaste while retaining high acidity level inherent in Arabica beans. 

- Will yield flavor profile including floral and tropical fruit with hints of vanilla when roasted at light or medium level.
