Semi-automatic bagging machine TBM - SS00 - A - VB Series is a series of weighing and valve bagging machines, specialized for dry mortar, wall putty, and tile adhesive. This bagging machine uses a 2 - level screw conveyor metering mechanism including coarse conveyor screw and fine conveyor screw, providing quantitative weighing accuracy. The screw conveyor that pumps material into the bag is arranged at a suitable angle, helping to increase the speed of loading material into the bag faster. The bag rack automatically pushes the bag out when filled with ingredients, helping to reduce operating time for operators. The intelligent control system controls the weighing process continuously and only pauses when it detects packaging being put into the pump nozzle, which not only helps increase productivity but also maintains weighing errors. This bagging machine is also an auxiliary machine system, to be installed together with a large production line into a complete production line or machine system.
