Cashew kernel W320
Cashew nut belongs to the Anacardium Occidentale family, originating from Brazil and grown in the southern provinces of Vietnam. In addition to the delicious taste, cashew nuts have high nutritional value and extraordinary uses for human health. Nuts, including cashews, are high in fat and can be easily oxidized. Oxidized cashews have a burning smell and are not safe for human consumption. Therefore, cashews must be stored in a cool place and dried to increase shelf life. If stored properly, cashews can be kept for several months at room temperature, in the refrigerator for about one year, and in the freezer for almost two years.
