This platform offers a wide range of features, including product listings, supplier directories, and buyer sourcing tools, designed to streamline the sourcing process for businesses worldwide.

New standout feature: Smart Assistant with Open AI

Open AI offers both free and paid versions to support sellers in creating products for their storefronts. The paid version requires purchasing AI credits. This intelligent feature helps sellers generate SEO-optimized product information, making products more easily discoverable by customers. With Open AI, sellers can optimize:

• Product Title: Provides optimized product title suggestions for better SEO.
• Media: Provides custom image creation services to match seller’s specifications.
• Product Descriptions: Writes and optimizes detailed product descriptions.
• Keywords: Provides keyword suggestions for SEO, optimizing product information.

Beyond generating product content, our AI feature helps maintain high-quality listings by filtering out inappropriate content. While the free version is available, the paid version offers enhanced features like faster processing speeds and higher quality AI-generated content.

Elevate customers experience with SourceVietnam Mobile App

Buyers can view a list of manufacturers and products to send requests and chat messages. Additionally, users can set up notifications with device sound and vibration modes.
With the convenience of the mobile app, customers can easily browse and purchase products quickly, facilitating a faster purchasing process and enhancing user experience.

Add top menu with submenu items for blogs

Enhance your homepage with a dedicated blog section to make it easier for customers to discover and follow your blog content.

Manufacturer Certificate

Sellers can easily upload product certifications and inspection documents to their store’s homepage (in the seller information section). You can fill in information such as certificate name, effective date, and certificate content, which can be easily updated and modified.

Displaying certifications will demonstrate the credibility and transparency of your products. Please note that after uploading certification information, you need to wait for the system to review it. Once approved, the certifications will be displayed on the storefront.

Provide a new shipping method: Integrate with Viettel Post

In addition to self-shipping with previously customized terms and shipping costs. SourceVietnam now supports Viettel Post as an additional shipping method, providing sellers with more options. Sellers can customize service options for this shipping method, such as express delivery, scheduled delivery (36 hours), economy shipping (60 hours), and express document shipping (within 36 hours). However, this shipping method is only applicable for domestic deliveries.

Save time RFQ

Allow non-members/guests to submit quick quote requests without the need to log in. Sellers can easily view and send detailed product information as well as quotes directly on the system. Additionally, sellers can easily contact potential customers.

Search manufacturers advance

Allows displaying all products related to the search keyword instead of a 404 (page not found) error. Instead of displaying a 404-error page, search results for related products will be shown to broaden the search scope and help more products reach potential buyers.

True view

You can upload high-quality videos showcasing your products or manufacturing processes to SourceVietnam’s video platform. This provides a dynamic and visual way to inform buyers. Additionally, sellers can attach products directly to videos, allowing buyers to easily access and view product details.
