3. Bed Frame: Horizontal and longitudinal pipes of the bed frame are made of materials with dimensions of 60mm in length, 30mm in width, and thickness ≥1.2mm. 5. Dual cranks with hidden hand design, self-locking ball screw with the clutch device, providing smooth and silent operation with wear resistance.
6. Adjustable Range: The backrest can be adjusted from 0° to 75°, and the leg rest can be adjusted from 0° to 40°, allowing users to select the most comfortable sitting angle.
7. The headboard and footboard are made of high-quality engineering plastic, which is aesthetically pleasing, easy to assemble and disassemble, and reliable. The bed has four corner anti-collision wheels, with convenient and easy-to-use switches that can lock the headboard and footboard. By opening the switch, the footboard can be easily removed for emergency patient care.
8. Guardrails: The guardrail switch is made of durable aluminium alloy, with steel pipe bent support pillars and a single-key quick positioning switch with an anti-pinch function.
9. Four drip stand sockets made of moulded iron pipes, not easily deformed and wear-resistant. There are two drainage bag hooks on each side of the bed.
10. Metal Surface Treatment Technology: The metal surface is treated using a dual-layer coating technology, including processes such as degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, and electrophoretic primer treatment. After that, it undergoes electrostatic powder spraying treatment, making it beautiful, rust-free, and durable.
11. The back bed board has a dual-support unloading structure, with reinforced support shafts and thick-walled seamless steel pipes with a thickness ≥3mm, making it resistant to bending and deformation.
12. Wheels: Equipped with 4 high-quality 5-inch dual-sided wheels, with the main frame made of engineering plastic and the wheel edges made of TPE polyurethane, which are highly wear-resistant. All four wheels are equipped with brake devices, which are lightweight and easy to use. The wheels operate quietly and have good stability.
13. Each bed comes with a stainless steel IV pole.
