1. The bed frame is made of thickened materials, using 30×60×1.2mm rectangular steel tubes. Large-scale welding robots are employed for welding, ensuring high-precision welding for all metal parts of the bed.
2. Equipped with self-owned plastic processing equipment, the head and footboards are self-controlled for production. The streamlined-shaped head and footboards are made of pure PP material through injection moulding (or blow moulding). Both sides of the head and footboards are fitted with ABS anti-collision wheels fixed inside. They come with locking switches for easy disassembly.
3. The bed surface is 880mm wide and made of a 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate. It is produced using automotive sheet metal production technology for one-time integral moulding, with moulded grooves and oval-shaped ventilation holes. The backrest steel pipe reinforcement structure enhances pressure resistance. Complete bed surface moulds are processed using hydraulic and stamping self-processing equipment.
4. The surface treatment undergoes multiple processes: In addition to degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating, an epoxy resin protective film is uniformly electrophoretically coated on the inner wall and surface of the metal tube using electrophoresis technology, followed by electrostatic powder spraying with dual-coating treatment. Both internal and external rust prevention are applied using high-temperature baking paint technology.
5. The entire bed metal surface is coated with antibacterial powder.
6. Equipped with renowned brand Dewo Kang motors, featuring high-grade silent operation. It comes with a matching brand control system. The motor includes an in-place protection function.
7. Equipped with central control double-sided castors, with a diameter of 5 inches. The castor surface is made of super polyurethane material, ensuring silent and wear-resistant operation. One-foot brake is installed on the left and right sides of the bed.
8. The rectangular symmetrical chassis features a 30×60×1.2mm square tube cross-shaped structure. The thickened arc-shaped stamping components, reinforced with two grooves, ensure high strength and structural stability.
(3) Functions:
1. Backrest angle adjustment: 0-75°±5°, leg rest angle adjustment: 0-35°±5°, bed height adjustment: 460-750mm; forward and backward tilt angle: 0-15°±5°.
2. It features back and leg linkage functions.
3. Equipped with control handles operated by medical staff; with a one-key quick-release CPR button.
4. The backrest bed board adopts a high-strength support unloading structure, effectively transferring part of the bed board's load to the bed beam, minimizing the load on the motor and effectively extending the service life of the hospital bed.
5. The bed can bear a load of ≥200 kg.
6. It comes with deluxe guardrails made of high-quality plastic material, matching the material and colour of the head and footboards. The hidden inverted structure ensures high strength and prevents deformation. The guardrails are detachable from the bed body via fixed seats, facilitating future maintenance. They do not accumulate dirt and feature thickened aviation aluminium switches.
